A. Vegetarian Diet Plan
- Breakfast: Oats + Fruits + Seeds
- Mid-meal: Buttermilk / Coconut water
- Lunch: Brown rice + Dal + Sabzi + Curd
- Evening: Fruits or nuts
- Dinner: Vegetable soup + Multigrain roti
B. Non-Vegetarian Diet Plan
- Breakfast: Eggs (boiled/omelet) + Multigrain toast
- Mid-meal: Greek yogurt / Boiled eggs
- Lunch: Grilled chicken + Veggies + Brown rice
- Evening: Black coffee + dry fruits
- Dinner: Fish curry / Chicken + Light salad
Hydration: 3–4 liters water + Herbal teas
Avoid: Sugary drinks, deep-fried items, excessive salt
