Eat Right to Heal

A. Vegetarian Diet Plan

  • Breakfast: Oats + Fruits + Seeds
  • Mid-meal: Buttermilk / Coconut water
  • Lunch: Brown rice + Dal + Sabzi + Curd
  • Evening: Fruits or nuts
  • Dinner: Vegetable soup + Multigrain roti

B. Non-Vegetarian Diet Plan

  • Breakfast: Eggs (boiled/omelet) + Multigrain toast
  • Mid-meal: Greek yogurt / Boiled eggs
  • Lunch: Grilled chicken + Veggies + Brown rice
  • Evening: Black coffee + dry fruits
  • Dinner: Fish curry / Chicken + Light salad

Hydration: 3–4 liters water + Herbal teas

Avoid: Sugary drinks, deep-fried items, excessive salt
